Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on CryptoIQ for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Trading Disclaimer

Important: The Arena mode uses virtual trading with paper money. All trades are simulated and no real cryptocurrency or money is involved. CryptoIQ provides educational and analytical tools only.

Any trading signals, analysis, or recommendations provided are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial advice. Always conduct your own research.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Credits and Payments

Credits are used to access premium features. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Abuse or exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits

CryptoIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
